Pamela brings more than 30 years of corporate experience including executive leadership roles in Human Resources and Employee Development for financial services, reinsurance, commercial aviation and retail companies in both global and domestic organizations, including Six One Commodities LLC, Hartree Partners, LP, Noble Group Ltd., Swiss Re, GreenPoint Bank, and Lufthansa.
Pamela holds a Doctor of Education degree in Adult Learning & Leadership from Teachers College, Columbia University, and is a member of AEGIS XXV. She also holds an M.A. from Columbia University in Organizational Psychology & Change Leadership, an M.A. from Hofstra University in Education, a B.A. from Adelphi University, and a Certificate in Business Excellence (CiBE) from the Columbia Business School, which includes successful completion of the Columbia Coaching Certification Program.
